Founded in 2004 in Gillette, WY, PRC (Powder River Construction) has grown from a small excavating and hauling business into one of the region’s top general contractors. We serve Wyoming, the Dakotas, Montana and Northern Colorado with concrete paving, commercial and specialty construction, material handling, and more.

From foundations and vertical construction to pole barns, curbs, gutters, sitework, utilities, gravel supply, and snow removal—we deliver projects that last. Our in-house pits and hauling fleet keep us efficient and reliable.
