Tim R. is currently the Vice President of Acquisitions at Hornrock Properties and simultaneously serves as the Director of Sales and Acquisitions at PRC Group. Prior to these roles, Tim held significant positions at Ryan Homes and K. Hovnanian® Homes, including General Manager of Land and Land Acquisitions, where responsibilities included directing land acquisitions and evaluating real estate for new home communities. Tim began their career as a Sales Representative at Ryland Homes before advancing to Sales & Marketing Associate at Ryan Homes.
