Brenden Barclay

Brenden Barclay is an accomplished real estate professional with over 25 years of sales experience and a strong presence in Ballarat's real estate market. Since August 2005, Brenden has served as the Chief Executive Officer and Director of PRDnationwide Ballarat, where a significant portion of business comes from personal referrals and repeat clients. Brenden's expertise encompasses various property types, including residential homes, commercial properties, and land developments, supported by exceptional negotiating skills and a commitment to property presentation. Additionally, Brenden has been involved with GJ Gardener Homes as a New Home Sales consultant since 2018. Brenden also contributes to the community as a Board Member and Director of the Ballarat Health Services Foundation since June 2011.
