Celeste Little is a transformative leader currently serving as the Chief People Officer at Precedent, where they focus on cultivating a dynamic workplace culture and driving organizational success through operational excellence and talent management. Previously, Celeste held various roles, including Vice President of Customer Service and Senior Director of Operations & People, where they emphasized strategy, team development, and customer relationships. With a strong foundation in claims management from their time at National General, Celeste has demonstrated a commitment to building high-performing teams and optimizing operations throughout their career. Celeste is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Communication from East Carolina University.
