Kady Smith

Kady Smith is an experienced Customer Success Manager with a solid background in client relations and sales. Currently at Precedent since September 2024, Kady previously held a similar position at Unanet from October 2021 to August 2024. Prior experience includes a role as a Business Performance Advisor at Insperity from November 2019 to January 2021, and a District Sales Leader at PepsiCo, along with experience as a Frito-Lay Sales Associate. Kady began the professional journey with an internship in Total Loss Claims at Germania Insurance in 2016. Kady earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business/Corporate Communications from The University of Texas at Austin, graduating in 2018.
