The Training and Development team at Precept is dedicated to equipping individuals with the knowledge and skills to deepen their relationship with God through understanding His Word. This team provides Bible study training, leadership development programs, and workshops to build confident and capable leaders who can guide others in living out God's Word daily. They also support a diverse audience with specialized programs, including Spanish-language training.

They handle administrative tasks, resolve helpdesk queries, coordinate events, and serve as liaisons to promote effective interaction and alignment with the company's mission and vision.

The Content Creation and Strategy team at Precept develops and refines compelling content to engage people with God's Word. The team includes proofreaders ensuring text accuracy, creative and brand strategy managers coordinating the overall vision, authors writing original material, copywriters crafting messages for various platforms, and video editors producing visual content, all aimed at encouraging believers to live out Biblical teachings daily.

At Precept, the Digital and Technology team is responsible for developing and managing digital platforms and tools to facilitate engagement with God's Word. This includes creating and optimizing email and SMS communications, managing network security, overseeing digital content platforms, providing technical solutions and application support, and ensuring robust technology support to enhance user experience and foster daily scripture engagement.
