Jay Parag is currently working as a Senior Development Manager at Precinct Properties New Zealand Limited. Prior to this, Jay held the same position at Ryman Healthcare and Centreport Properties Inc. Jay has also worked as a Leasing Manager at KiwiRail and held various roles at CBRE. Jay's educational background includes a Bachelor of Business Studies in Valuation and Property Management from Massey University. Additionally, Jay attended Wanganui Collegiate School.
