Jonathan (Jon) Walters currently serves as Facilities Manager at Precinct Properties since August 2024, bringing a wealth of experience from previous roles, including Facilities Manager at Ryman Healthcare and AFM / Facilities Site Lead at Google through JLL. With a strong background in site management acquired at Converga Pty Ltd, Jonathan successfully managed multiple client sites, emphasizing customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. Prior roles also include Security Administrator and Operations Coordinator, showcasing a comprehensive skill set in security management, client relations, and process improvement. Jonathan holds a Bachelor's degree in Geography and Sociology from The University of Auckland, attained from 2013 to 2016.
