Tim Brown is an experienced investment professional currently serving as the Investment Manager for Transactions and Developments at Precinct since November 2024. Prior to this role, Tim held the position of Senior Manager - Value & Strategy at Kiwi Property from July 2023 to November 2024. Tim's career at PwC New Zealand spanned from October 2021 to July 2023, where responsibilities included serving as an Associate Director. Tim also worked at CBRE Asia Pacific from May 2015 to September 2021, advancing from Analyst to Associate Director. Earlier in Tim's career, experience as a Quantity Surveyor was gained at Woodview Construction from November 2010 to October 2014. Tim holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance and a Bachelor of Property, both obtained from The University of Auckland between 2008 and 2011.
