Tim Woods

Tim Woods is a General Manager Development at Precinct Properties New Zealand Limited since April 2016. Prior to this, Tim held the position of Senior Development Manager at Greenstone Group from June 2006 to March 2016. Tim also worked as a Project Manager at Amec from 2003 to 2006. Tim holds an MBA with a focus on Strategy, Economics, and Finance from The University of Auckland, obtained in 2011, and a BE (hons) in Civil Engineering from the University of Auckland, earned in 1997.
