Sam Massa

Sam Massa has a diverse background in the field of protein research and development. Sam started as an Intern at ArGEN-X in 2010 before moving on to a role as a Post-doctoral scientist at VIB in 2016. After that, they joined Precirix in 2018 where they worked their way up from Project Manager Discovery to the Head of Protein R&D and CMC in 2022.

Sam Massa has a strong academic background in the field of Bio-engineering Sciences. Sam completed their Ph.D. at Vrije Universiteit Brussel in 2016, following their M.Sc. in the same field from the same institution in 2011. Prior to that, they obtained their A.S.O. degree in Sciences - Mathematics (8h) from Koninklijk Atheneum Etterbeek in 2006. Additionally, in 2012, they obtained a certification as an Animal experiment director from the Belgian Federal Public Service Health, Food Chain Safety and Environment - Universiteit Gent.
