Bernard J. Carroll is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in project management and consultancy within the engineering and architecture sectors. Currently serving as Project Executive at Precis Engineering + Architecture and as Life Sciences Consultant at Dauntless Engineering, Inc., Bernard previously held the position of Vice President of Engineering at Frontage Laboratories, Inc. and has been instrumental in establishing a new office for Genesis Engineers in Southern California while serving as Project Executive and Director of West Coast Operations.
