John Volence, PE, CEM, currently serves as Principal and Mechanical Department Head at Precis Engineering + Architecture, where tenure began in June 2007. Prior roles include Lead Mechanical Engineer, Senior Mechanical Engineer, and Mechanical Engineer within the same firm. Prior to this, John Volence gained experience as a Student Intern at Genesis Engineers, Inc., and UGI Utilities, Inc., during summer internships from 2004 to 2006. John Volence holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Penn State University, obtained between 2003 and 2007. Education was also completed at Exeter Township Senior High School.
