Wiley Barner

Wiley Barner is a seasoned professional in the behavioral health and healthcare management sector, currently serving as a Senior Advisor at Precise Behavioral, Inc. since August 2022 and as CEO of Cottage Management, LLC since May 2017. With extensive experience in behavioral health hospital development, management, and operations, Barner has also provided consulting services through self-employment since May 2016. Previous leadership positions include CEO at Great Oaks Recovery Center and various roles at Horizon Health, culminating in Senior Vice President of Operations. Barner’s career began at Healthcare International and Charter Medical Corporation, where significant contributions were made in development and operations. Barner holds a BA in Psychology and Political Science from The University of Texas at Austin, earned in 1977.
