Derek Kitchen

Derek Kitchen is a highly experienced Senior Engineer/Analyst currently supporting PMA-231's CNI Division at Precise Systems, Inc., focusing on communications engineering for E-2 aircraft. Previous roles include serving as a Senior Avionics Engineer for PMA-207 on the C-130 platform and as a Senior Systems T&E Engineer at Air Combat Effectiveness Consulting Group, where responsibilities included leading test plans for Naval Aviation weapon systems. Derek has extensive systems engineering experience from positions at DCS Corp, Progeny Systems Corporation, and Leidos, working on advanced communication technologies and military avionics systems. In addition to engineering roles, Derek is a successful Real Estate Investor, managing a portfolio of eight rental properties with substantial cash flow. Derek holds an MS in Systems Engineering from George Mason University and a BS in Electrical Engineering from Liberty University.
