John Twigg

Jay is a retired United States Navy Chief Petty Officer supporting Electronic Warfare with the USS Barbey, USS Reid, USS Doyle, USS Spruance, NAVSEA Crane, and Amphibious Squadron Four. While serving, he supervised electronic warfare operations, both active and passive, and managed Information Warfare Operations in support of local, fleet, and joint fleet operations. Jay has been awarded multiple Navy Commendation and Achievements medals, as well as being designated a Master Training Specialist.

Along with his naval service, he has combined 35 years of experience supporting the DoD and NAVSEA programs in Electronic Warfare and Security. Jay is the director of our Indiana operations and supports program management, business development, electronic warfare, physical security, facility safety, and quality management. He holds a Security Fundamentals Professional Certification (SFPC), a Physical Security Certification (PSC), and is an ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor. Jay received his bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice from Oakland City University.
