Max Schieman

Max Schieman is a skilled professional in materials science and engineering with diverse experience across research and industry roles. Starting as a Research and Development Production Technician at SeaDek Marine Products, Max gained foundational knowledge in product performance and CNC machining. At the University of Central Florida, Max expanded expertise in high-temperature coatings and biomaterials as a Research Assistant, focusing on enhancing CMAS durability and developing bone scaffolds. Currently serving as a Senior Corrosion Engineer at Precise Systems, Inc., Max performs materials selection and corrosion control, while previous internships at NASA further honed skills in failure analysis and materials support for significant aerospace projects. Max holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Materials Science and Engineering, graduating Magna Cum Laude, and is pursuing a Master of Science in the same field at the University of Central Florida.
