Rob Pieters

Rob Pieters, MBA, has extensive experience in program management and strategic operations within the defense sector. Notable roles include serving as Deputy Program Executive Office for Management Controls at Naval Air Systems Command, where Rob developed strategies for Airborne ASW and advised senior leadership on DoD policies. As Director for CNO Project K-0416, Rob managed intelligence operations for the Navy and briefed senior leadership on critical insights. At the Office of the Chief of Naval Operations, Rob oversaw requirements for significant defense programs and updated Navy data policies. Rob also held positions at the US Department of Defense and Office of Naval Intelligence, managing multimillion-dollar programs and improving information systems. Currently, Rob is a Product Consultant at Precise Systems, Inc. Rob earned an MBA from the University of Maryland University College with a focus on Business Administration, Management, and Operations.
