Walter Melton is a Senior Acquisition Subject Matter Expert with over twenty-five years of experience in managing complex business enterprises. They held executive positions, including Commanding Officer for the Defense Contract Management Agency International and Managing Director at MAC Consulting Services, where they were responsible for multi-billion dollar contracts and consulting operations. Walter's extensive background in the U.S. Navy as a Captain in the Supply Corps further enhanced their skills in supply chain management and procurement.
