Stefan Schlamp has a strong background in quantitative analytics and trading. Stefan is currently working at Deutsche Börse as the Head of Quantitative Analytics, a role they started in January 2023. Stefan Schlamp obtained their initial education in Aerospace Engineering at the University of Stuttgart from 1992 to 1995, where they earned a Dipl.-Ing. degree. Afterward, they pursued further studies at Caltech from 1995 to 2000, where they achieved a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree in Aeronautics. Subsequently, they attended ETH Zürich, where they completed their Habilitation in Fluid Mechanics from 2000 to 2007.
