Delphine Adam

Delphine Adam is an experienced HR professional currently serving as HRBP for South EMEA at Precisely since July 2020. Prior to this role, Delphine worked at GEA Group from 2017 to 2019 as Adjoint DRH France and HRBP for multisite operations, where responsibilities included strategic dialogue with management, HR coordination, team management, negotiation of agreements, recruitment, and training management. Delphine's earlier experience includes a role as RRH France in management transition from 2012 to 2017, focusing on HR policy implementation, operational support, and project management. Delphine began a career in labor law as a Juriste Droit Du Travail from 2001 to August 2012. Delphine holds a CAPA from the EFB - Ecole de Formation au Barreau de Paris and advanced degrees in Droit Social from Paris-Pantheon-Assas University and University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne.
