Jason Okai

Jason Okai is an attorney with extensive experience in intellectual property law, currently serving as an attorney at Precisely since January 2020, and concurrently operating the Law Offices of Jason M. Okai since 2011. In these roles, Jason advises corporate and individual clients on various aspects of intellectual property, particularly in the art and entertainment sectors. Previous positions include Adjunct Professor at the University of New Hampshire School of Law, Counsel for Policy & International Affairs at the United States Copyright Office, and Adjunct Professor of Law at Vermont Law School, where Jason taught copyright law and supervised student projects. Jason's earlier experience includes serving as Counsel for Copyright Affairs at the Motion Picture Association of America, focusing on international copyright laws and trade issues. Jason holds a J.D. and a Master of Intellectual Property Law from the University of New Hampshire School of Law and a B.A. in English from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
