Kassandra S. is a seasoned technology leader currently serving as Senior Manager of Site Reliability Engineering at Precisely since August 2025, specializing in data integrity solutions. Kassandra has extensive experience in engineering management, having led teams at GitLab, where key achievements included significant reductions in post-upgrade issues and the creation of quality metrics. Previous roles also encompass quality engineering and automation management at REPAY and Salesloft, where Kassandra was recognized as People Manager of the Month in November 2021. Additional experience includes software quality assurance at BillingTree and Netsmart Technologies, along with a foundational role as a Software Engineer at Schultheis & Panettieri.
