Kevin Ricks

Kevin Ricks has an extensive work experience in product management roles. Kevin is currently the Vice President of Product Management at Precisely | Trust in Data since January 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Senior Director of Product Management from February 2020 until January 2022 at the same company. Before joining Precisely, Kevin worked at Pitney Bowes for twelve years, starting as a Product Manager in May 2008 and progressing to become the Director of Product Management from March 2014 to February 2020. At CACI International Inc, they held the position of Senior Product Manager from March 2005 to May 2008. Kevin also had roles as a Senior Product Manager at EMC Documentum (Legato, OTG) from April 2002 to May 2005, and as a Product Manager at Digex Corporation from October 2001 to April 2002. Kevin previously worked as a Global Product Manager at Global eXchange Services from December 1999 to October 2001, and as a Senior Product Development Manager at eSpire Communications from July 1998 to December 1999. Kevin's earliest work experience includes serving as a Product Manager at AT&T from September 1989 to June 1998.

Kevin Ricks obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Cedar Crest College from 1990 to 1996. Kevin later pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A) degree in Marketing from the University of Phoenix from 2004 to 2006. In addition, Kevin has acquired several certifications throughout their career, including the Level 2: Master Certified Professional Coach and Level 1: Certified Professional Coach from the Certified Life Coach Institute in 2021, as well as the Certified Agile Leadership Essentials (CAL-E) and Certified Agile Leadership for Teams (CAL-T) from the Scrum Alliance and Ag in July 2020. Kevin has also completed various online courses on topics such as marketing technology, coaching, project management, and customer experience. In 2007, Kevin obtained the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute.
