Nabajit Das

Nabajit Das has extensive work experience in the technology industry. Nabajit started their career at Infosys as a Software Engineer in 2000 and later joined Rational Software as a Lead. In 2006, they joined IBM India Private Limited as a Development Manager, and over the years, they held various leadership roles such as Program Manager, Sr. Development Manager, and Program Director - B2B Gateways Development.

In 2019, Nabajit joined Syncsort as a Senior Director before moving to Precisely | Trust in Data in 2020. At Precisely, they served as a Senior Director, responsible for all development and L3 support of IBM Sterling B2B Integrator, IBM Sterling File Gateway, Global Mailbox, and Advanced Communications. Nabajit then took on the role of VP of Engineering, where they led the engineering efforts of IBM Sterling B2B Gateway products and played a key role in the transformation of these products to Hybrid Cloud and hosted models.

Nabajit's experience spans across multiple domains such as finance, retail, logistics, manufacturing, healthcare, and supply chain. Nabajit has a strong track record of leading engineering teams, strategizing on future roadmaps, and driving product innovations.

Nabajit Das completed an MS degree in Software Engineering from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani from 2006 to 2008. Before that, they completed a BE degree in Electronics and Telecom from Gauhati University from 1995 to 1999.
