Phil James

Phil James is a seasoned investment professional currently serving as Vice President at True Wind, an investment firm focused on transforming technology businesses since 2023. In addition to this role, Phil holds board member and investor positions at Transflo, LeadVenture™, and Precisely since 2023, along with being an investor at Confluence since 2019. Previously, Phil was a technology investor at Tidemark from 2021 to 2023 and at TA Associates from 2019 to 2021, where the firm specializes in growth investments. Phil's career includes experience as Chief of Staff to the CRO at ZoomInfo from 2018 to 2019 and investment banking at J.P. Morgan from 2016 to 2018, participating in significant M&A transactions.
