Tim Biggio serves as the VP of Americas & Legal Operations at Precisely, leading the legal team in support of sales across the Americas and collaborating with the global legal team to enhance operational efficiencies since April 2021. Prior to this role, Tim held various positions at Dell Technologies from September 2016 to April 2021, including Lead Counsel Americas and Senior Corporate Counsel, where responsibilities included leading legal teams and managing major transactions. Tim's legal career includes significant roles at EMC as Sr. Managing Counsel, VCE Company as Sr. Commercial Counsel, and Broadlane, Inc. as General Counsel. Early in the career, Tim gained experience at Excel Telecommunications, VarTec Telecom, SandStream Communications & Entertainment, and major law firms, Gardere Wynne Sewell LLP and Griggs & Harrison. Tim holds a JD with honors from The University of Texas at Austin and a Cum Laude BBA in Finance from Texas Christian University.
