Tom Gilligan

Tom Gilligan has extensive work experience in data operations, data quality management, and addressing products in the technology industry. Tom currently serves as the Vice President of Data Operations at Precisely, where they oversee data integrity for a global customer base. Prior to that, they held positions as the Senior Director of Data Quality at Precisely, Director of Data Supplier and Product Quality Management at Pitney Bowes, and VP of Map Product Unit Addressing at TomTom. In these roles, they led teams responsible for developing and delivering high-quality products and managing operations. Tom also has experience in quality management, database operations, and project management in companies such as Tele Atlas and Geographic Data Technology Inc. Tom began their career as a Captain in the US Army and later served as a Major in the Vermont Army National Guard.

Tom Gilligan attended the United States Military Academy at West Point from 1986 to 1990, earning a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Military History. Tom then pursued a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Business Administration and Management from Webster University from 1995 to 1997.
