Nathan Cole

Nathan Cole has a diverse work experience, starting with their role as a Manufacturing Engineer at Barnes Aerospace in 2014. From there, they progressed to become an Operations and Supply Chain Manager, leading production activities and implementing Lean Manufacturing initiatives. In 2019, they joined Northstar Aerospace as an Operations Manager, overseeing multi-site operations and driving world-class quality and product delivery. Nathan later became the New Product Development Manager and Operations Leader, responsible for various programs. In 2022, they joined Precision Aerospace LLC as the Vice President of Operations, before being promoted to Vice President of Finance and Operations. In this role, they develop financial strategies, manages mergers and acquisitions, and leads facility financing activities. Overall, Nathan Cole has demonstrated strong capabilities in operations management, supply chain, and finance in the aerospace industry.

Nathan Cole has a Bachelor of Science in Engineering (B.S.E.) in Mechanical Engineering from Arizona State University, which they obtained from 2013 to 2016. Nathan also holds an Associates in Applied Science in Engineering Technology from Chandler/Gilbert Community College, completed from 2009 to 2013. In addition, they are currently pursuing a Master's of Science in Engineering Management from Kettering University, starting in 2018. Furthermore, Nathan has obtained a certification as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Professional from the Six Sigma Global Institute in the year 2016.
