Ben Fleay has an extensive background in agricultural management and innovation, currently serving as GM of Sales, GM of Research & Innovation, and CEO at Precision Agriculture since January 2016. Prior experience includes roles as General Manager for Emerald Grain, Managing Director at SQP Grain, and General Manager at Southern Quality Produce Co-operative. Earlier in their career, Ben held positions as Company Agronomist at Lachlan Farming Ltd and Farm Agronomist at Twynam Pastoral Company Pty Ltd. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Agricultural Science from the University of Melbourne, earned between 1993 and 1996, along with a foundational education at The Geelong College from 1988 to 1991.
