Applications include common steels and hard materials such as stainless steels, ballistic steels, and nickel alloys. Precision Bevel can handle your needs, whether your application involves straight, contoured, round, or oval; single, double, or K; flat or radiused; a flat facing (0 degrees) up to 80 degrees of bevel; on surfaces up to 4 in. wide.

Finally, because it's not a thermal process, it doesn't create a heat-affected zone. 

We have a complete portfolio of specialty GERIMA beveling machines:
•	Hand-held tools for beveling curved edges, contours or cutouts. Also to apply rounded edges for paint prep
•	Table-top bevelers for medium sized parts with very high throughput
•	High performance grinding beveler for very large parts.
•	Beveling capability for up to 10 foot long parts in one clamping; longer parts can also be processed
•	Capability for up to 4 inch thick bevels
