Precision Coating
Mike Gianfrancesco has a strong background in engineering and technology. Mike has held various leadership positions in different companies throughout their career. Most recently, they served as the Vice President of Engineering and Technology at Precision Coating, starting in March 2023. Before that, they were the Senior Director of NPI Engineering and Technology at the same company, from June 2022 to March 2023. Prior to Precision Coating, they were the Vice President of Manufacturing at SquadLocker from January 2022 to May 2022. Mike also had a previous stint at Precision Coating as the General Manager from August 2021 to January 2022, and as the Director of Engineering from June 2020 to August 2021. Before joining Precision Coating, they worked at Tegra Medical as the Director of Program Management Systems from September 2017 to June 2020, as the Planning & Scheduling Manager from September 2015 to September 2017, and as an Application Engineer from December 2014 to September 2015. Mike Gianfrancesco also gained experience at Accudynamics, LLC as a Production Manager from June 2013 to December 2014, and at Tegra Medical as a Continuous Improvement Engineer from February 2013 to June 2013, and as an Application Engineer from January 2008 to February 2013. Mike began their career as a Manufacturing Engineer at Popper Precision Instruments from August 2006 to January 2008.
Mike Gianfrancesco earned a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering Technologies from Wentworth Institute of Technology, where they studied from 2002 to 2006. In 2013, they obtained a Certification of Completion in Six Sigma Green Belt from Villanova University. Mike completed their high school education at La Salle Academy RI from 1998 to 2002, where they received a High School Diploma.
