Todd P.

Todd P. has more than 15 years of experience in various IT roles. Todd started their career as an Assistant Network Engineer at Appstate.net in 2006 and worked as an IT Intern at Duke Energy Corporation in 2008. Later, in 2010, they were a Network Engineer Intern at Duke Energy Corporation. In the same year, they joined the US Army and served as an Automated Logistics Specialist and a Cavalry Scout until 2010. Todd was also a Cadet Commander and Operations Officer from 2010 to 2013 and the Reserves Platoon Leader from 2013 to 2020.

In 2012, Todd P. joined JCMR Technology as a Network Engineer and was responsible for Network Consulting for customers. Todd led a large migration project from legacy Cisco infrastructure to a Juniper Solution across Union County Schools. Next, in 2013, they started working at Lowe's Home Improvement as a Network Engineer II, where they served as the primary engineer supporting Verizon, ATT, and Hughes Networks for retail circuits and communication.

In 2014, they joined Cisco, where they worked as a Network Consulting Engineer and later as an IT Strategist-Global Systems Engineer. Todd oversaw technical relationships with key clients, including BNP Paribas, ING, IKEA, Societe Generale, and L'Oreal.

From 2019 to 2021, Todd P. worked as an Enterprise IT Strategist (Strategic Account Manager) at ShoreGroup-ATSG, where they managed accounts for diverse clients and continuously identified new sales leads.

In 2021, Todd P. joined Insight as a Solution Executive, where they built meaningful connections to help businesses run smarter and solved clients' real business problems through technology. Currently, they serve as the Director-Strategic Accounts at Precision Computer Services.

Todd P. earned a Bachelor's degree in Software Information Systems from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte from 2010 to 2013. Prior to that, they attended Appalachian State University from 2005 to 2007, although it is unclear if they earned a degree. In 2015, they attended Harvard Business School for their Business Core program. In addition to their education, Todd obtained several certifications including ITIL Foundations from EXIN in July 2015, as well as Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP), Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer - Server 2003 (MCSE), and Security Plus in April 2010 from their respective institutions.
