Jared Malapit

Jared Malapit has a diverse and successful work experience in the construction industry. Jared co-founded Precision Construction Services in 2013, which later grew into a full-service commercial construction firm and became one of the fastest-growing construction companies in America. Before that, they worked at Hilyard Construction as a Senior Estimator and Project Manager, where they successfully managed various projects, including a rocket launch facility and wastewater treatment plants. Prior to that, they were a Project Manager at Codding Enterprise.

Jared Malapit obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Landscape Architecture from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo. Jared attended the university from 2006 to 2010. Additionally, Jared has obtained a General Building Contractor (Class B) certification from the Contractors State License Board in May 2017. Jared also holds a Certified Estimating Professional (CEP) certification from AACEI National Capital Section, although the specific month and year of obtaining this certification are not provided.
