David Sears

David Sears is an advisor specializing in financial management and organizational development for grant-funded non-profit organizations working internationally. They are currently providing advisory services and taking interim roles while collaborating with J-PAL in South Africa and Morocco and the Development Innovation Lab at the University of Chicago. Previously, David served as the Director of Finance and Administration at the Abdul Latif Jameel Poverty Action Lab (J-PAL) from 2010 to 2022 and owned Cambridge Data Systems, Inc. from 1996 to 2010. David holds a BA in Economics from Haverford College and an MBA in Finance from Harvard Business School.
