Emma Davies is an experienced research manager currently at Precision Development since February 2025. Prior to this role, Emma served as a senior research associate at Innovations for Poverty Action, where significant contributions included launching the Philippines Socio-economic Panel Survey and managing a large field team. Previous positions also included senior research analyst at Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and an internship at the International Food Policy Research Institute, where Emma focused on data analysis and project development. Emma's early career featured teaching mathematics in the Peace Corps and roles in monitoring and evaluation. Emma holds a Master’s in Public Policy from Harvard Kennedy School and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Mathematics from Bates College.
