Tomoko Harigaya

Tomoko Harigaya is the Chief Economist at Precision Development (PxD) since August 2017. Tomoko also holds the titles of Director of Research, Interim Director of Programs, and Senior Researcher at the same company. Prior to PxD, Tomoko worked as a Research Consultant at Grameen Foundation in 2012-2013 and as the Country Director for the Philippines at Innovations for Poverty Action from September 2004 to June 2009. Tomoko holds a PhD in Public Policy from Harvard University (2011-2017), an MS in Global Health and Population from Harvard University (2009-2011), and a BA in Economics from Williams College (2000-2004).
