Allison Emery

Allison Emery has extensive work experience in the fields of learning and development, sales training, and program management. Allison is currently the Director of Learning & Development, Sales at Precision Diagnostics LLC., where they oversee the implementation of advanced technology for drug testing. Prior to this role, they worked as a National Sales Trainer at the same company.

Before joining Precision Diagnostics, Allison served as a Senior Training Specialist at La Jolla Pharmaceutical Company and held multiple roles at Millennium Health, including Sales Training Specialist, Content Editor for Education and Training, and Speaker Bureau Assistant.

Their earlier career includes a position as a Program Manager of Continuing Legal Education at HB Litigation Conferences and Conference Coordinator at LexisNexis.

Allison Emery obtained their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in English and American Studies from Ursinus College, where they studied from 2002 to 2006. Allison then pursued Graduate Studies in Communication and Publication Design at Rosemont College, completing their studies from 2008 to 2010.

Additionally, Allison Emery has obtained several certifications. In September 2020, they completed the Designing Virtual Training Certificate from the Association for Talent Development (ATD). In February 2020, they obtained a Facilitation Skills Certificate from the same institution. Prior to that, in September 2019, they became a Certified OKR Coach through WorkBoard Inc. In May 2018, they obtained an Articulate eLearning Certificate from Ledet Training. Allison also holds a CPR/AED Certification from the American Red Cross, which was obtained in March 2018.
