Drew Gillespie

Drew Gillespie has a diverse work experience, spanning over multiple industries. Drew began their career as a Retail Store Manager at Tommy Bahama in 2001, where they excelled and eventually became the Los Angeles District Manager in 2013. In 2015, Drew transitioned to Victoria's Secret, where they served as a Team Manager for two years. Most recently, they joined Precision Diagnostics LLC. in 2018 as HR Manager before being promoted to Director of Human Resources in January 2020.

Drew Gillespie completed a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Psychology from Arizona State University, where they attended from 2003 to 2008. In addition to their degree, Drew also obtained two certifications. In June 2019, Drew became a Certified Coach, specializing in OKRs (Objectives and Key Results), alignment, and measurement. They also earned the SHRM - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification from SHRM (Society for Human Resource Management) in the same month and year.
