Mehra previously served as Sales Director for Precision Engineering Technologies Private Limited from 2023 to 2025, where revenue growth was driven by strategic expansion into new geographical markets and the development of a key account management strategy. Techtronics India Limited earned the Doosan Best Dealer Award in 2014 for the maximum shipments. Mehra holds a Diploma in Electronics and Electrical Communication from the Board of Technical Education (1992–1995) and completed senior secondary education in Science at Apeejay School (1983–1995).
