Matt Silverman

Matt Silverman is a customer advocate at Precision Fermentation, a position they have held for 2 years and 7 months. Prior to that, they were a sales administrator at the company for 2 years and 11 months. Before that, they were a bar back/server at Raleigh Beer Garden, where they organized, cleaned, and conducted inventory in a 144 tap keg room. Matt also helped with an additional 222 tap keg room as needed. Matt guided guests through beer selections, explained the differences between the styles, gave personal recommendations, and handled all customer needs in a timely manner.

Matt Silverman is currently in their final year at Appalachian State University, where they is working towards a BA in Business Management. Matt's field of study is Business Administration and Management, General, and they started their education in 2009.
