Randy Hardin is a seasoned business leader with extensive experience in entrepreneurship and board governance. Currently a board member at Precision Group and East Dallas Ministries, they also serve as the principal owner of Hardin Development Group LLC. Previously, they founded and led UPG and Bright Way Group LLC, and held the position of President at Marxon Energy Corporation. Randy began their career as a sales specialist at Interstate Batteries and MK Battery. They pursued their education at Texas A&M University from 1980 to 1982.
