Michael Williams has a diverse work experience. Michael started as a Sales Representative at Circuit City, where they quickly moved up to a commission-based sales position. Michael then worked as an Office Manager/Surveillance Investigator at iGroup Investigations, where they gathered information for investigating claims and created a database for claimants' data. Michael later joined Wollborg/Michelson Personnel Service, Inc as a Promotional Pricing Specialist, identifying and recommending solutions for promotional pricing inconsistencies. Most recently, they worked at Precision IT Consulting, starting as a Systems Technician and contributing to the company's growth. Michael then became the Service & IT Manager, responsible for clients' technology infrastructure and implementing standard procedures to streamline operations. Finally, they became the Director of Technical Operations, overseeing the maintenance of clients' technology infrastructure and effectively resolving issues with the team and clients.
Michael Williams attended ITT Technical Institute-Concord from 2009 to 2011, where they earned an Associate of Science degree in Information Technology-Computer Network Systems. Michael also holds additional certifications from various institutions, including CompTIA and Microsoft.
