Volker Gauer

Volker Gauer is an experienced engineering and manufacturing professional with a strong background in fineblanking and production processes. Since April 2017, Volker has served as Division Manager at Precision Resource, Inc. Prior to this role, Volker was the Manager of Manufacturing Engineering at Johnson Controls, leading global fineblanking activities. Volker's expertise is further demonstrated through a tenure at Keiper, where contributions included knowledge transfer of specific products, the development of local suppliers for seat recliner production, and leadership in continuous improvement initiatives within the stamping department. Educational qualifications include a degree in Mechanical Engineering and Production Technology from the University of Applied Science Kaiserslautern and training as a Toolmaker at KEIPER.
