David Mills has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. David started their career at Nortel, where they held multiple positions including Enterprise Commercial Operations Leader, Enterprise Supply Chain Leader, Commercialization Leader Business Transformation, and Commercial Operations Wireless Leader. Throughout their tenure at Nortel, they spearheaded various initiatives resulting in revenue growth, margin exposure reduction, and process improvements.

In addition to their professional experience, David partnered with Hockey Practice Guide, LLC as a Partner. David managed the design, content, and marketing of a practice planner app for coaches, which is currently being utilized in over 5 countries.
