David Pierce has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. David started their career as an Operations Section Manager at First Indiana Bank in 2005 and worked there until 2008. From 2008 to 2011, they served as a Senior Business Analyst at M&I Bank, where they provided in-depth analysis and implemented new processes to increase productivity.
In 2011, David joined Milliman, initially as an Actuarial Analyst, where they supported various projects related to healthcare consulting actuaries. David also provided mentoring and project management oversight to junior staff. Later, they became the Director of Operations for the startup product group, Milliman PRM Analytics. In this role, they managed product features, requirements gathering, and ensured the software architecture aligned with client business objectives.
Moving forward, David joined Indiana University–Purdue University Indianapolis in 2017 as the Director of Precision Health Systems at CTSI. In this role, they held responsibility for precision health systems and was involved in the implementation and development of related projects until 2019.
Since 2019, David has been associated with PRECISIONxtract. David initially joined as a Senior Director of Business Intelligence and was responsible for leading a team of analysts in delivering new features for products and services. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President of Business Intelligence, where they partner with biopharmaceutical brands to develop data-driven solutions for market access. David'scontributions enable data-driven insights, better promotion decisions, and enhanced customer experiences.
David Pierce attended Wabash College from 2000 to 2004, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Mathematics.
