Kasey Sousa has held various positions since 2009. In 2009, they were the President and Co-Founder of Hatua International, Inc. In 2010, they were a Product and Business Development for QA Real Time Systems/XPress Technologies. In 2012, they were an Accelerator Operations for DreamIt Ventures. In 2014, they were a Summer Associate for Cooley LLP and a Co-Founder and CEO for TrueClaim, Inc. Since 2015, they have been a Co-Founder and CEO for PrecisionGx.

Kasey Sousa obtained a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) from Jacksonville University, where their field of study was Political Science and Government and Philosophy.
