Rowan Gardner

Rowan Gardner has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. In 1991, they worked at Oxford Molecular Group as the Head of Corporate Communications, contributing to the company's growth through strategic acquisitions. From 1996 to 1997, they served as a Founding Consultant at LMB Marketing. In 1997, they founded Synomics and held the position of Founder and Chief Commercial Officer until 2001. Rowan then founded BioLauncher Ltd in 2001, providing business planning and marketing services to life science technology companies until its acquisition in 2017. They were the CEO of Ozo Innovations from 2014 to 2020, leading the company's growth and securing significant funding for its innovative products. Since 2018, Rowan has also been an Angel Investor, supporting various ventures. They currently hold the position of Independent Member at Digital Health and Care Wales, where they provide oversight and share their digital transformation expertise. Additionally, Rowan is the Chief Business and Investment Officer at PrecisionLife, a role they have held since 2023, and they are also a Co-Founder of the company since its inception in 2014.

Rowan Gardner attended the University of Oxford from 1986 to 1990, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Biochemistry. They also earned a Master of Arts degree in Biochemistry from the same university during the same time period.
