Steve Gardner

Steve Gardner has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles in the biotech industry. Steve currently serves as CEO at PrecisionLife Ltd, a techbio business focused on creating disease insights and IP for chronic diseases. Steve is also the Chair of the Genomics Advisory Committee at the BioIndustry Association. Previously, they were an angel investor and the Founder/Director of Synomics Ltd. Steve also held positions as CSO at Ozo Innovations, Partner at BioLauncher, Director at GenoKey Ltd, COO/Non-Exec Director at Cresset BMD Ltd, CTO at BioWisdom Ltd, and European MD and CTO at Viaken Systems Ltd.

Steve Gardner earned a BSc in Pathobiology from the University of Reading between the years 1983 and 1986. Steve then pursued a PhD in Protein Databases and Modelling from the University of London's Birkbeck & UCL from 1987 to 1991.
