Randy Schuster

Randy Schuster has extensive work experience in various leadership roles. randy started their career at Springfield Remanufacturing Corp. in 1987, where they served as the President/General Manager. In this role, they oversaw the production remanufacturing of automotive engines for OEM and aftermarket customers. randy worked at Springfield Remanufacturing Corp. until September 1997.

In October 1997, Randy Schuster joined Preco as the President & Chief Operating Officer. randy was responsible for managing all operations of the company, including equipment and contract services. Under their leadership, Preco developed and sold custom and standard laser equipment for metals and nonmetals converting applications, flatbed and rotary diecutters, and high-precision screen printers. randy also managed contract service operations, which included a medical facility in Hudson, WI, and laser packaging, converting, and metals in Somerset, WI.

In 2023, Randy Schuster was promoted to the role of Chief Executive Officer & President at Preco, where they currently serve.

Randy Schuster pursued their education in a chronological fashion. randy attended Missouri State University from 1982 to 1987, where they completed a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree in Industrial Management. Later, in the years 1998 to 2000, Randy enrolled at Baker University and obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a field of study in Business Administration and Management, General.
